Our recommendations and  courtesies.

-  Please understand this is an all day event.  We meet at 6:15am Saturday and plan on being in the speedway until 4:45pm to 5:00pm.  Leaving early can effect the number of cars we're allowed in the next AutoFair show.  The speedway does send officials around on golf carts several times during the day for a car count and to make sure rules are being adhered to.

-  Voting will take place during the day.  We should have the trophies from the speedway by 2:00pm.  We plan on giving them out between 3:30 and 4:00pm.  Try to be back at your car by 3:30pm.

-  You can park an extra car outside in the parking lot.  Bring your PT in and if you want to, leave and go shopping or whatever.  Please try to be back inside with us by 3:30pm.  Your pass and a hand stamp will get you back in.

-  You are allowed two free passes per car.  If you're coming in with no one else with you, please offer your spare ticket to someone that may have 2 people with them.  Otherwise anyone with more than 2 per car will have to pay an entrance fee for those over 2 per car.

-  Canopies and covers are allowed as long as you can secure them down enough so they do not blow over on to someone or some ones car.

- Keep your music and stereo at a reasonable volume.

- You can not have a For Sale sign up in the window of your car.  Lay it on the seat so the speedway officials can't see it.  Nor are we allowed to sell items around our cars.  The speedway is very protective of the vendors.

-  We HIGHLY recommend you bring an ice chest filled with your favorite drinks and/or foods.  The speedway does sell food and drinks but the prices are outrageous.

-  We suggest bringing car cleaning and detailing supplies.  You will have plenty of time to wipe down and clean up your car and this is a great opportunity to get into all those nooks and crannies that you might miss in the driveway at home.

-  A change of clothes is advised in case you get dirty or sweaty.  Also, it may be cool in the morning and warm up later in the day so a jacket is advised.  Watch the weather forecast for a better idea on this.

- You are welcome to bring beer or whatever to drink.  But be advised of the large number of Police in the area as you leave, there's lots of them.

-  Bring money if you intend to buy anything.  There's lots of vendors there selling darn near anything auto related.  It's amazing what all is there.

-  If you plan on leaving your car for awhile, and you have the hood up, doors open; get someone in our club to watch over your car.  We can not be responsible for any items that may get gone or damaged.  This has never happened to us and I don't want it to.  In return, offer to watch over someone elses car so they can go sight seeing.

-  There are trash barrels everywhere, please use them.

-  Sunblock, cameras, business cards, are advised.
